I have had a severe adversion to dentists since I was a child, other dentists/staff have treated me like just another body in the chair. Not Dr. Paul. He took his time to explain all my options then discuss what would be best for ME. His staff was fantastic, they connected/related to me, putting me at ease. Dr. Paul explained everything in a very clear way and was very open to taking his time to listen to my questions/concerns. Extremely professional and makes one feel comfortable in a setting that many fear.
I have been going to Clearwater Family Dental now for over a year and everything I have gotten done was a good product. I like the staff and the Dr all are nice and helpful. Also I recently got all my wisdom teeth pulled out and it was a pretty smooth process as well the healing has been very good. I have referred a good amount of people here as I know it's good. :)
I've been to a lot of dentists over the years and unfortunately have had more bad experiences than good. I took a chance and drove several hours to visit Clearwater Family Dental after checking them out online and seeing where others had evaluated the practice as being very patient-focused and cognizant of the dangers of mercury-containing dental materials. I came in for one filling. The Doc and staff were great!! When I was numb the Doc noticed I needed to have a chipped filling fixed that was new. So he did it right than. This saved me time and also having to be numbed again. Thank !!
The care factor and friendliness is always very high at Clearwater Family Dental, and this was again the highlight of my visit yesterday.
First visit today. Cleaning by Marina excellent. Dr. Paul's evaluation outstanding. Very effecient office staff. A most professional group.
I would like to thank Dr. Paul and his staff for their care and professional advice and handling my dental issues. I felt Dr. Paul was the first dentist I met who knows his business very well and understands peoples needs.
