Most Polite, Friendly, Courteous and Professional Staff I have ever encountered in a Doctors Office
Very friendly, high tech, explain what they are going to do and what it will cost up front, work with you. Had my exam on Tuesday, need a lot of work on my teeth, told them I wanted to start asap, got a call Tuesday night about a cancellation the next day, so I took it. Worked out very well, Dr Paul gives painless numbing injections. Only problem was after the injection I had to wait an hour in the dentist chair before Dr Paul came back and worked on me. This was my first visit and so far it has been the best dentist experience ever.Really friendly staff and warm environment .I thought I'll never say this but I can't wait to see them again!
I was a little nervous about the surgery but Dr. Paul answered every question I had - sometimes twice! The surgery was easy, there was a little pain (I hate the needles) but everything was done with the expert care of the team. I am very comfortable recommending Dr. Paul and crew for the LANAP process!!
The staff is very professional and thorough.
I am grateful for the service provided by Marina today and previously. Also by Dr. Paul when doing the feelings. They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. Carmen
