I have been looking for another dentist and this dentist was referred to me by a friend. From the moment I went into the office just to check it out and get a card for a possible future visit, I was well taken care of. I found out that I could even get seen by the dentist right away just to evaluate any of my concerns or future treatment options. I'd have to label Dr. Paul's staff as kind, professional, respectful and very thorough. Dr. Paul himself is the same way. He listens well and works to serve the patient in their best interest. Dr.Paul even opted to treat my disabled daughter in the most kind way. She is difficult to work with, however it didn't deter Rommy from cleaning her teeth! Tammy personally greets her at the door and wheels her into the rooms. These acts of kindness do not go unnoticed and are appreciated.

Very professional / Respectful I'd have to label Dr. Paul's staff as kind, professional, respectful and very thorough. Dr. Paul himself is the same way. I felt Rommy did a good job cleaning my teeth. I had never had my bloodpressure taken at a dentist before and as it happened it was good because my pressure was so high and I was able to take medication for it. I would appreciate it if Drr. Paul could explain what he was going to do with the bonding and how much it was going to cost. No-one called me to make another appointment.

My first visit to Clearwater Family General I felt Rommy did a good job cleaning my teeth. I had never had my bloodpressure taken at a dentist before and as it happened it was good because my pressure was so high and I was able to take medication for it. I would appreciate it if Drr. Paul could explain what he was going to do with the bonding and how much it was going to cost. No-one called me to make another appointment.

Paul put in a crown and told me to come back if the bite didn't feel right. Got in the same day I called. The needed adjustments were made and I was out the door in fifteen minutes. Paul and his staff are very good but also very service oriented.
