CDA'S GRRRREAT! FROM SIGN-IN TO GOODBYE, STAFF & DOCTORS ARE THE BEST . IT WAS MY 3 MONTH PROPHY, & SHADI WAS THOROUGH YET GENTLE. IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE GOING TO THE DENTIST.

I have been a patient of Dr. Allen's for nearly 25 years and have always been VERY satisfied with my experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Shadi has been my hygienist for several years and she does an amazing job. She is always on time for my appointments and does excellent work. Barry is always helpful about the billing process and knowledgeable about insurance. I would recommend Clearwater Dental Assoc. to anyone.

25 years at Clearwater Dental Assoc. ! I have been a patient of Dr. Allen's for nearly 25 years and have always been VERY satisfied with my experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Shadi has been my hygienist for several years and she does an amazing job. She is always on time for my appointments and does excellent work. I was called in at the exact time of my appointment by Hygenist Shadi who was very kind and made sure I was comfortable at all times. After my cleaning, Dr. Allen examined my mouth and was very gentle and friendly. For being a person who was terrified of dentistry. I no longer feel that fear and find the experience very comfortable and relaxing.

Dental appointment review I was called in at the exact time of my appointment by Hygenist Shadi who was very kind and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had to cancel a mid Sept appt. due to a health problem. At the cancellation I was told that Janice was booked to years end. Let us know when you are well and we'll see what comes up. On Oct. 3rd, Karen calls to see how I am, and tells me there is an opening on Oct 4th at 10:30 AM. If that isn't care above and beyond and TLC, someone tell me what is???? That Dr. Burton team is a GREAT ASSET to Clearwater Dental. Thank you Guys and Gals for your expertise and care.

As usual, I was treated with great courtesy, respect, and punctuality. Both Ellen and Dr. Hayslett did their best work on me as well as being friendly and helpful. it is always a pleasure to come there. The reception people also were helpful.
