As a longterm patient at Clearwater Dental Associates, particularly with Dr. Hayslett, I have always been pleased with their services. My recent visit was with dental hygienist Thelma, who has regularly cleaned my teeth the last few years. Thelma is very skilled, professional and courteous - I am very pleased with her and respect her abilities.

Love my dentist!!! Today I went for my yearly exam and cleaning! Dr. K was so impressed with our progress after one year of doing what they tell me to do and taking their advice! Ellen did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth, as always, and Kristen and Silk are just gems in that office! As much as anyone hates going to the dentist, I love this office, the care they provide and they make me feel like family!!! I highly recommend them to anyone that wants good dental care!

This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased. All the personnel were very friendly and explained the procedures very well. Dr. Allen's exam was the most comprehensive I have ever had, and again his explanation of each step put me at ease.
