I have been going to CDA for over 30+ years. Dr. Hayslett is the best ever. I love him! Janice has cleaned my teeth for a lot of years also. Janice is always professional, kind and warm. I love her too! The whole team and staff are the greatest!!
This group at CDA are the best, friendliest and most dependable people. I have been around a long time and to a few different places and I just feel like this office has all that I need when I need it. I had an emergency during the highest part of COVID lockdown and they were still there for me. So glad I found them❤️

This place is great! the entire team makes a visit here wonderful, glad I made the change, have been coming here for over a year, my Hygienist is very good, can't remember her name for the life of me but she is Brazilian
Like one of many visits over the past 25+ yrs, my cleaning & annual check up with Dr. Allen & his friendly staff provided safe & competent care, while working well within the current CDC guidelines. Any inconvenience of those guidelines fade in the light of the superior dental care I received.
My experience on Friday 8/7 was great. The office was set up for social distant, had sanitized station and everyone masked. Shadi always does a job in cleaning my teeth and were in and out less than a hour.
The other day I had my cleaning done by Shadi and my check-up with Dr. Allen. Another great experience!! Shadi is very skilled and thorough, personable and very gentle and caring. Dr. Allen is also very professional, gentle, thorough and caring. The front desk staff were professional and eager to assist you. No need to worry seeing them these days during the pandemic. Recently I had a dental cleaning and fillings with Dr. Allen and Shadi ( Hygienist ). Although I was little nervous, both the doctor and hygienist were great about explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. And they both did an excellant job with my teeth. I highly recommend them.
Always very nice and happy. Very clean, and they make you feel like they are their for you.
