In my opinion it’s the front desk Janice thro... In my opinion it’s the front desk at the doctor’s office that makes the difference. Andrea over many years has made it easy to make appointments and she makes sure everything we need is taken care of without having to make a lot of trips. Janice through the years has been our hygienist, she is a wealth of information on what we need to do to keep our teeth healthy. Hygeinist (sp) was excellent. Took me in right on time.Expained everything to me and treated me lke she would her family member. She did a very thorough exam and cleaning and took her time with me. Dr. Hernandez was very patient and really seemed to listen to what I had to say and was genuinely concerned and cared. KUDOS to your staff.
