The environment is pleasant, plenty of up to magazines in the waiting area, always greeted on entry. The professional staff are competent, courteous, and explained fully the what's and why's of the procedures and suggested procedures.

The woman who books the appointments is always very pleasant to talk to. I appreciate her helpful attitude and tone. The same goes for the Dental Assistants and Hygeinists. They are always friendly, professional, and have a great attitude. Dr. Burton is very knowledgeable, and takes time to thoroughly explain what's going on in a way I can understand. You get the feeling that everyone wants to be there and enjoys their job (which is rare in a health care setting). Thank you for the great service.
