Drier, Cleaner, Healthier. Clearwater Chem-Dry uses 80% less water and remove 98% of all allergens and 89% of airborne bacteria with our Healthy Home Package. We clean by using Hot Carbonation Extraction cleaning system, we use a power head for much better cleaning, our dry time 2-4 hours and use 52 Green Certified products. Our goal is to make our customers 110% satified so when we are done cleaning they will refer our service to family and friends.

Moving into a newly purchased home. Clearwater Chem-dry offered great service. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. There were some persistent pink spots on the carpet in one room which never came out (some just never will), but they came out twice (no charge for the 2nd visit) and tried very hard with all the options they could think of. I will definitely use their services again. Great people.

Clearwater Chem Dry is our go-to business for carpet cleaning. Today Carl worked his magic on some stubborn coffee stains. Regular cleaning by Chem Dry has definitely extended the life of our carpet!

Our dog was sick and had an accident on our couch cushion. They did an awesome job on getting the odor and stain out at a good price. Will definitely use them in the future

Made my appointment with Jeff and had to cancel last minute and thankfully he was able to get me back in with in 2 days! Carl came and did our basement and stairwell and made it all look brand new again! He was on time, quick, and did an exceptional job!
