We have a subscription. Today we got the truck washed. None of the over head brushes were working. It was like the truck just got rained on. We’ve been members for a while but I’m considering canceling
Machines are broken and not repaired. The tire detail/polisher doesn't work. My membership drafted but when I drove up to the car wash it showed me as unpaid. The unprofessional attendant offered no help even though I was showing her my payment from my credit card company. When the car wash was is running it only removed surface dirt. Its a total waste of money.
A cascade of bad service, frequent outages, and unfriendly staff. The place changed names 3 times already, I think. This morning they were supposed to open at 8:00. Two cars were in line already. The staff went out and told me they are closed. I told her "I know that you open at 8:00". She said yes. She didn't tell us they were closed for the day! I used to like this car wash but I don’t know what happened today. I specifically asked for a package with underbody cleaning and I got the very opposite. I still had dirt and bugs on the front nose of my car. I just wasted $17 on something I could’ve done at home.
