There needs to be a huge AVOID AT ALL COSTS sign for this company. Not only did it take 2 months to find a therapist after 3 months of seeing one and building all this progress, they decide to leave the company and leave me stranded. I had to wait another month and a half with me continuously questioning the company when I’ll be assigned with another therapist only to be assigned to one that is leaving for long PTO of 3 months… (which was a lie because I saw him in the office when I got reassigned again a month later). My prescription hasn't been filled since Thursday. You can't stop me cold turkey, especially without my knowledge.
I will start day saying my therapist top notch. Amazing …. The company is trash the woman in the office answer the phone and making outbound calls “ loves “ her job so much her favorite answer was idk with our whole conversation. The reason I got said call was because unbeknownst to me I was being billed for my appointment that I was under the impression were COVERED. This company waited till I was 7 months into a year going for weekly appointments to finally pick up a phone and call me. Nothing was mailed nothing was stated... read more
