This firm are thiefs We are from Belgium, but we have a pelletstove, Quadra-fire / Mt Vernon, is from Us, but the wall thermostatt is broken, i ask via mail the price of a new one, thy ask $ 3179....it is crasy price ! ! excl shipping cost, now we buy it here in Belgium for € 280.....they are stuppid, why hy ask that price, a litlle more and you can buy a stove ! ! ! never, never again that people, my god !
Buyer beware Sales staff and installers were great, however I would not suggest anyone doing business with this company as it is my opinion that the owner Ted is dishonest and shady. In error we were charged sales tax on a capital improvement on our home. The NYS Dept of Tax and Finance confirmed our project as a capital improvement. I have been trying to get the $352. that I was overcharged. 5 months later and this issue still not resolved.....
