HORRIBLE company. Rates are much higher than other available rates. I called and cancelled within my rescission period, and was told over the phone it was cancelled. I never received any further emails or printed mail from them until 5 months later when they sent an early termination invoice. I was forced to pay, because they said an investigation to confirm the over the phone cancellation would take months. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
Very unhappy with the sales tactics being used by the door to door salesman. First off our current gas agreement is under my name, so when I’m not even home to sign, that shouldn’t be a green light for a company to coerce my fiancé to sign my name for me. (Also they “needed a picture” of her ID so it’s known I wasn’t who they spoke with).
