CCI has been my lifeline for eight years! My doctors, nurses, and staff have been so caring, so efficient, and attentive to my needs. � Last summer and this summer, I seem to have fallen a little out of the loop. I have gone to my doctors' appointments where I was seen by nurse practitioners or nurses only. Now I have the greatest respect for these professionals, but, if I am coming to CCI thinking I am seeing my doctors, and I am paying to see a doctor, I am a bit frustrated. My mother (Jan Kessler) passed away in May. She was a patient of Dr. McGee for 13 years. Our family could not have asked for better care for my mother all of these years! I want to thank Dr. Mcgee, Vicki and all the staff for treating my mother as her own!
Even though there was a glitch in scheduling my mom's appt today, the staff bent over backwards in taking good care of her and accomodating her, as they always do. Such a kind and caring staff. A special shout out to Mike, the patient assistant and advocate, at the main campus. You went above and beyond and we are forever grateful.
