Make sure they treat YOUR kind of cancer before going. Wasted almost a month filling out forms, mailing records, and waiting while healing from hospital stay when we could have been researching other treatment options before receiving a call 3 hours before scheduled appointment saying "we don't treat that kind of cancer". No apology given but did offer to let us come in anyway but for what reason I don't know unless they wanted to charge for a consult.
