RecommendedJust moved in roughly a month ago and definitely would recommend this place to others looking to move into Greenwood. I personally have not met any office staff yet (aside from phone calls in which anyone I spoke to was extremely patient and tolerant of our 10 million questions), thanks to COVID-19, but as far as the apartment itself, outside upkeep, and neighbors go, I really can't complain. Price is definitely worth it to me as its 5minutes from my work.
They did Scammed me out of 90 dollar app fees.A disabled vet
I recommend this place for first time renters with low credit. When my family and i first moved to Indiana we were always turned down cause we had little to no rental history and low credit. They accepted us off the bat. We currently rent a 2bd 2bth apartment here for 824$ after water and trash fees. Its a great place to start.
Wonderful apartments! Clean and safe! Two parks in the complex to walk to. Love it!
