I’ve taken my pets to many different veterinarians over the years. This facility is hands down the best one we’ve discovered. The staff always get us in and promptly, they are super helpful over the phone, and the facility itself is beautiful. I won’t take my pet anywhere else, unless during an emergency over the weekend. I’m incredibly happy to say that our 15-year-old cat has been restored thanks for the wonderful care that Clearview animal Hospital gave him. He had a pretty significant infection in his decaying tooth. Days like today were just not happening he was so sick. Pain. I seriously had prepared myself to let him go. It’s been 6 months now since Dr. Black and his amazing team helped me save this sweet boy! Found on the side of the highway with a dislocated leg, major wound on his front leg, and a mess of a mouth/sinus cavity. I had the worst experience yesterday and would not recommend this place to anyone. They told me I had been purged from the system and they were not accepting new clients. The reason was I had not taken my cat in since 2013. The last time I took her there, they told me it wasnt necessary to come in every year because she was an indoor cat. She got sick this week, has had no other issues in all these years, so I called them to see if I could make an appointment. We have been going to CVAH for the last 4 years with our rotties. Dr. Kim Anderson is such a wonderful and caring person and vet! All the staff is so helpful and amazing! They always do follow up calls to make sure our dogs are doing well after a visit. They always try their best to work with you to get your pets seen as soon as possible, sometimes that means same day drop off and sometimes that means you have to wait, but they have always tried to be as accomidating as possible.
Wonderful staff with great vets! Always very honest and supportive with all options.
