I called and immediately received a call back and an appointment was easily scheduled. I received a loaner set of hearing aids that I was able to test for several days. The whole process was convenient, quick and I am very happy with my purchase and excellent customer service. I purchased the Starkey product and am very happy with my USA manufactured product.
John and Mark got me through the process of testing for hearing with no problems. The hearing aides came a few days later and within an hour I was good to go. Nice men. Easy to work with
I was in need of new hearing aids a couple years ago and decided to try this veteran owned business. The two gentleman that work here are Mark and John and both go out of their way to provide exceptional service. They first had me do hearing tests on state of the art equipment, most places only offer a tone test which doesn’t help those of us who have problems understanding certain words. Mark is over the top caring. I came in with half working hearing aids and he immediately loaned me a set of hearing aids to get me going while we were figuring out what I needed. That took about six weeks as I was looking for in the ear hearing aids. He stuck with me and went above and beyond in every way to get me exactly what I needed.. he is not just a hearing aid dispenser he actually cares! Anyone out there should have absolutely no reservations about letting Mark help them with their hearing aid needs.
