I was in need of new hearing aids a couple years ago and decided to try this veteran owned business. The two gentleman that work here are Mark and John and both go out of their way to provide exceptional service. They first had me do hearing tests on state of the art equipment, most places only offer a tone test which doesn’t help those of us who have problems understanding certain words. Mark is over the top caring. I came in with half working hearing aids and he immediately loaned me a set of hearing aids to get me going while we were figuring out what I needed. That took about six weeks as I was looking for in the ear hearing aids. He stuck with me and went above and beyond in every way to get me exactly what I needed.. he is not just a hearing aid dispenser he actually cares! Anyone out there should have absolutely no reservations about letting Mark help them with their hearing aid needs.
Mark and John are both experts in their field. Walked in needing help with a hearing aid and both went way above and beyond to offer assistance and, in fact, did more for me in 30 minutes than my audiologist at home has done in 3 years Highly recommend them for any hearing needs

I've been a Cleartone customer for several years. I recently encountered a severe medical condition causing months of hospitalization and medications that may have caused additional, unexpected hearing loss. Mark patiently programed and re-programed my hearing aids and performed his magic until my hearing improved, which made this old man very happy! Thank you Cleartone, Mark and John for the excellent servicing of my hearing aides.
