I love this hearing aid place I used to go to Sam’s Club and Costco but this customer service here is amazing. He had me come back to make sure that it was perfect when it’s in one week once in a month and then once for six month check up, but I never had that before. It is so refreshing to do business with people who are so honest in their financial dealing, and give service above and beyond the call of duty! We would give them 6 stars if possible!
I called and immediately received a call back and an appointment was easily scheduled. I received a loaner set of hearing aids that I was able to test for several days. The whole process was convenient, quick and I am very happy with my purchase and excellent customer service. I purchased the Starkey product and am very happy with my USA manufactured product.
John and Mark got me through the process of testing for hearing with no problems. The hearing aides came a few days later and within an hour I was good to go. Nice men. Easy to work with
I was in need of new hearing aids a couple years ago and decided to try this veteran owned business. The two gentleman that work here are Mark and John and both go out of their way to provide exceptional service. They first had me do hearing tests on state of the art equipment, most places only offer a tone test which doesn’t help those of us who have problems understanding certain words.
