I was told in February 2025 that I had to give a $25 refundable deposit that I would get after I finished all of my treatments. It has been 6 months since I finished my treatment and I never got this deposit refunded. Come to find out it was put towards store credit. I called and was given no resolution. I am on the spectrum and finding out I was scammed and taken advantage of by a business I trusted is very frustrating.
Complete trash. Their lasers didn't do anything over the course of 10 years. It's all a scam. Weaker lasers so they can get you to pay for more appointments. The last time I went the woman had the nerve to tell me to exfoliate after a laser hair removal treatment, like that would do something. The lasers aren't doing anything, how is exfoliating going to help? "Trust me," she said. Alexis was amazing during my laser hair removal session! She was sweet, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Laser hair removal isn’t exactly a spa nap, but Alexis made it easy and stress-free with her calm personality. I highly recommend her! Fun fact: coffee is her jam in the morning, so a coffee gift card might just make you her favorite client. ☕️
