I have been a customer of Clearstone since 2013 and have purchased multiple prepaid laser treatment packages over the years without any issues. As of my appointment on June 4, 2026, I still had 10 prepaid treatments remaining, with proof of purchase for all of them. I was told in February 2025 that I had to give a $25 refundable deposit that I would get after I finished all of my treatments. It has been 6 months since I finished my treatment and I never got this deposit refunded. Come to find out it was put towards store credit. I called and was given no resolution. I am on the spectrum and finding out I was scammed and taken advantage of by a business I trusted is very frustrating.
