I have used Clearstone Med Spa for years and have always recommended them to family and friends. When I walked in this morning for a treatment I could immediately tell there had been a change in management. It was evident from the staff to the cleanliness of the facility. It pains me to say that I can no longer use their services or recommend this company.
This place has gone downhills. I used to come to the Post Oak location for years and, after a change in staff and many issues, I decided to start going to the Holcombe location eventhough it is completly out of my route. I finished my treatment and now 1 year or so later that I need a touch up on my chin, I decide to stop by the Post Oak location again. I’ve been going to Clearstone for 7+ years to treat my PCOS. They had great staff, great deals, and amazing customer service. The company changed new owners recently (I believe within the past year), and ever since everything has gone down hill. The deal’s absolutely suck. They took away the snacks and drinks that were out for customers while waiting (which is like really? This Is my first time trying laser hair removal and I'm so glad I made the decision to come to this location at the galleria!!! The ladies there are so friendly, respectful and so understanding!!!! The process was super quick and easy!! But not only that, the level of confidence that they help you with is unmatched!!! I will continue to come back here because this is life changing for me!!!!
