Have had such a great experience with Mireya she is so thorough , very knowledgeable and patient!
I’ve had a pretty disappointing experience at this location, mainly due to the customer service at the front desk. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and it consistently felt like an inconvenience just to check in. During my first visit, I checked in and waited about 15 minutes while multiple people who arrived after me were taken back before I was. This is not a spa I would recommend for someone new to cosmetic skin procedures. First-time clients need clear guidance and structured aftercare support, and that was missing in my experience. I have been a client of Clearstone Laser Medical Spa for many years and previously had very positive experiences, including laser treatments and IV peels at the Holcombe location.
