This Is my first time trying laser hair removal and I'm so glad I made the decision to come to this location at the galleria!!! The ladies there are so friendly, respectful and so understanding!!!! No! Just NO! This place lost all credibility. Replaced all the employees. Raised prices. Turned settings down on laser to require more visits. No way to contact them. No email listed on website (which rarely loads), tried calling numerous times and no answer, left messages - no return call. This place was good before, not anymore.
Edit: my hair is back to normal lol though service was good it didn’t work Great experience! Made me comfortable through out the session. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Christyn is awesome and sweet!
There’s no one else I would trust with my laser hair removal than Mireya! I’ve been getting my treatments with her since January and have gotten the best results after having a package at another med spa that did nothing. She’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field and it definitely shows. I couldn’t recommend her more.
