There’s no one else I would trust with my laser hair removal than Mireya! I’ve been getting my treatments with her since January and have gotten the best results after having a package at another med spa that did nothing. She’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field and it definitely shows. I couldn’t recommend her more.
I had a great experience. I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints.
Sadly, this business has changed. The laser was done but on a very low setting, obviously to not kill the hair follicle so I’ll need to return more times. Tech didn’t introduce herself, and was robotic, and lacking friendliness. All the nice people seem to have gotten fired and prices increased and laser seeing turned down so more visits are required. New owners want to make that $$$ but are losing loyal clients in the process. Shame.
I’ve been going to Clearstone for 7+ years to treat my PCOS. They had great staff, great deals, and amazing customer service. The company changed new owners recently (I believe within the past year), and ever since everything has gone down hill. The deal’s absolutely suck. They took away the snacks and drinks that were out for customers while waiting (which is like really? I had a laser hair removal appointment today and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. First, I had to wait around 20 minutes, and no one informed me or acknowledged the delay, I wasn’t even greeted or made to feel welcome, which set a negative tone from the start.
