Rented for a year, lease ended, moved out over 2-months ago. Several calls to Clearpoint and emails and still no check which they promised 3-weeks ago Poor way to treat anyone
RecommendedI've been in my unit for 6 1/2 months and everything has been positive! The complex is located between 44th and 28th, which means it is super close to everything. Management has always been very friendly and helpful. Only thing I don't like is that if you sign lease with a roommate and if they stop paying, it completely falls on your shoulders. If I could suggest improvement for this place, that would be it. Remove the equal responsibility clause and go after tenants who do not pay their share.
My overall experience was ok. I just want better neighbors.if it's not one neighbor, it's the other side banging the loud music.not to mention the smoke that infiltrates over to my side is enough to get me high.oh yeah...and the parking....good luck with finding a spot. I swear 5 cars belong to just one of these neighbors. The staff and maintenance have been great though. Very attentive and fast when it comes to getting things done. And being nice goes a long way. Keep up the good job staff!
My family and I have lived here for about a month and we absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the area is nice, the maintenance men are efficient and we love the space we have with the 3bd. We have met nothing but nice neighbors and no sound complaints!
Was excited to rent these town homes but 2 days after I signed the papers the garage in front of my expected apartment burned down. I didn't feel comfotable moving in anymore and asked for a refund of my security deposit. They said they would do refunds within 72 hours of depositing. I called the head management. Never got all call back. Nobody would give me a refund and no one got back to me. I was out $300 and pregnant. I would not recommend this townhomes to anyone because of their poor business practices.
Well my experience is way past fucked up ready to move
