Dr Chern is the best! Highly recommend her! She is so kind, professional, brilliant, efficient. Her staff is friendly and the location couldn’t be better!
I was disappointed with my visit. Previously a patient of Daniel Island Dermatology (which closed), I came in for a small, smooth, white bump on my eyelid that had been there for over a month. I explained that it appeared after I overused facial products and that I’ve had milia before. Caroline is an outstanding dermatology provider. She is very thorough, detail-oriented, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She goes above and beyond with acne treatment instructions and makes sure you know what to expect and how to use your medications correctly. Recently seen at this office by Caroline and all I can say is wow. I came in with an acne issue and she definitely listened to my concerns and is trying me on a new regimen that I am hopeful will work for someone my age. Check in and check out were a smooth process.
