I’ve closed a handful of deals for Tyler and clear edge and they’ve always been great to work with super commutative and always deliver on everything they say they will do! Couldn’t recommend a better company to help with off loading unwanted or trouble properties and if your looking to buy some investment properties they would be great to have on your team!
