Chris Timm is always polite, professional and thorough. Today he did his usual treatment but then also extended it all the way to the back of our property where we have a creek. To be honest, we don't go back there much since the slope of the backyard is rather steep for me. That said, I do appreciate the effort Chris makes each time he comes to provide the service.

Had our quarterly maintenance visit today with Clear Defense Pest Control of Richmond. Ben and Gerrell were our technicians and did a thorough and professional job, as have all their technicians. We've been in our home 30 years and had several pest control companies. We have had ClearDefense Pest Control since we moved into our new home in August 2018. We had a problem with spiders and deer ticks shortly after the move. We called ClearDefense and they were out immediately to rid our house and lawn of the pests.
