just terrible ... we had a cover over our pool to keep leaves and junk out so we didn't realize how bad they let our water get ... we were paying for chemicals and actual cleaning, but when we finally pulled up the cover, the water was incredibly dirty, murky swamp green color ... it was disgusting ... i couldn't believe it ... it looked like they haven't touched it in months ... stay away from these people ...
