This is the worst place to get your glasses. From Dec 15, 2023 when had our eye examined and after 3 follow up calls as of this date, Jan 10, 2024, our glasses will be cut in 3 hours. The front desk guy, Julio, who promised to call back last week never called back. We were promised that our glasses will be ready in 4-5 days. Now they need to rework on my wife’s glasses which will take another 3 days. Julio just told me he will call me as soon as my glasses are ready. What a stressful experience.
