Lee Nielsen was the BEST person I met in connection with my roofing project. He not only took an extra hour to educate me on many roofing questions, but his quotes were unbeatable. Lee is a genuinely humble and knowledgeable person, and offered me a great quality work scope with an unbeatable price. He is definitely a go-to person for all the roofing projects.
Got bids from 5 other companies - this wasn’t the cheapest but their explanations and expectations were by far the best. Many hiccups along the way (blasting music from the roofer’s truck at 3am, and me stepping on a roofing nail, added to the need to replace all the plywood decking that wasn’t originally planned to the tune of an extra $7000 to the price).
