I took my little brother for his first eye exam, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming, but the doctor was not kind, not talkative, and gave no explanation about what she was doing. She used only one machine during the exam I couldn’t tell if it was an auto-refractor, visual field test, or something else and the whole process felt very rushed. It was my first time coming here for my eyes and I had an outstanding experiencing getting my eye exams, glasses, and contact lens fitting in this office thanks to Dr. Sabripour and her team! I have very bad astigmatism and previously had trouble with contact lens and glasses prescription that were given from another place, which consistently gave me headaches and dizziness. Me and my 2 kids went for an eye exam a few weeks ago. What an amazing experience. The doctor and the staff just incredible. I have told everyone I can when they need GO HERE. I’m so thankful it’s not always so easy to get your kids to have an exam. And she make made it fun for them. Thank you!
I had a horrible experience. My wife and I went in on a Saturday. The woman was helping someone and she said to my wife hello how can I help you. My wife told her that she needed to get glasses. The woman asked her for her insurance. My wife accidentally gave her the wrong insurance card. She abruptly told my wife you gave me the wrong card. I need the correct insurance card. My wife turned to me and said we’re leaving. The woman was extremely rude. Apparently, I’m not the only one that had a bad experience. I know of others... read more
