I took my little brother for his first eye exam, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming, but the doctor was not kind, not talkative, and gave no explanation about what she was doing. She used only one machine during the exam I couldn’t tell if it was an auto-refractor, visual field test, or something else and the whole process felt very rushed. It was my first time coming here for my eyes and I had an outstanding experiencing getting my eye exams, glasses, and contact lens fitting in this office thanks to Dr. Sabripour and her team! I have very bad astigmatism and previously had trouble with contact lens and glasses prescription that were given from another place, which consistently gave me headaches and dizziness.
