I took my little brother for his first eye exam, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming, but the doctor was not kind, not talkative, and gave no explanation about what she was doing. She used only one machine during the exam I couldn’t tell if it was an auto-refractor, visual field test, or something else and the whole process felt very rushed.
