Lack of compassion for the Customers true needs
I made an appointment with them this last week. Then they kept calling me "sir". When I tried to correct Cristal and said it's hurtful to get misgendered she has not even apologized. She even tried to manipulate the conversation, saying she doesn't understand how it's hurtful to me because I received a text message from them. I have the voice recording...!!!
