AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST. I used to a therapist here and was never able to establish a follow-up because no one would answer their phone, email, etc. I never The front desk associates often seem incompetent and never answer my questions. Ms. COX NP was alright but I wished she gave me a follow-up call.
This is truly the worst mental health facility I've ever come across. The receptionists NEVER and I mean N E V E R answer the phone es. I cannot count how many times I've been sent to voicemail, even calling right when business opens. I've needed to make appts during low points in my life and the fact that I can't even do that THAT angers me. If this place got shut down, I'd be glad. Horrible customer service!!!!!!
Are there even receptionist who work here? No one ever answers, and I called 2 weeks ago leaving a voice mail with no call or voicemail back. Kind of feel sorry for whoever goes here for actual psychiatric help, I’m just calling because I got a referral for medication here.

I love my therapist, Marelis Marrero is has always been a great therapist. She specializes in children and play therapy and always does a great job in treating and diagnosing me and my sister. Curtis has also been a great help for my family. 👍
