This company continued to pester me via phone and email about getting on their wait list after they confirmed with me they do not work with public health insurance plans such as mine. It was fairly patronizing and insulting. Glad I was able to find better services elsewhere. They responded to my complaint that they consider themselves proud to serve only specific health plans. RecommendedWe had such a great experience with our son at Clear Speech. He had difficulty saying a few sounds, and within only 5-6 visits and with lots of homework this cleared up. He enjoyed each appointment with his therapist! It was a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
I have always been extremely satisfied with the therapy that both my children have received. The staff are warm, professional and are always ready with suggestions for home activities to support both me (as a parent) and my children. I like the clinic’s philosophy in providing support for their clients as a whole person and collaborating with other team members to support the child. I have seen my children thrive and I feel comfortable with what I am doing at home to continue to support them. Clear Speech, THANK YOU!
Clear Speech saved my daughter and helped me cope, too. The compassionate approach in a home-like environment made this a place my child felt comfortable, and the consistent and ongoing challenge provided from a young age (2 yrs) definitely helped her overcome many of her processing challenges so she could be successful in school (5th grade and doing great, at level across the board) and life (she is confident enough to go out for speaking parts and interact with the public for activities). The service has been outstanding, we've had good results. The therapist is kind and knowledgeable. The office is very child friendly.
