The folks here are really kind. We've gone to them since coming to MI and have always had a great experience. Dr. Jaber is super friendly and professional (and willing to educate!) and they are patient even though I have not traditionally excelled at eye exams. I've gone to get the exam but gotten glasses elsewhere, and more recently I've gone for my exam and gotten glasses there. I have to say the previous commenters like Mike Green, Dillon Gates, & Lori VanderHoff said it all beautifully for me. The entire experience was just superior. I'll add one remark. I am old with a long and extensive overall medical history that is made it extremely important to me over the years to find medical people who will sit down with you and truly listen to what you are telling them, and then will speak to you about what they are seeing and answer your questions until they are sure you clearly understand the informati... read more
I am so glad I went here upon moving to Grand Rapids. The customer service is stellar, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The turnaround time for new glasses was quick, and they offer great deals to get new lenses on existing frames. The location is also beautiful with lots of local artwork. I cannot recommend this place more! Heather was a pleasure to work with!
