I've seen a few dermatologists over the years to check my moles and Dr. Dai was by far the best I've ever seen! She was so thorough and made me feel very comfortable. It felt like she really took the time to make sure everything was checked properly.
All the negative reviews are spot on. Waiting 5 months for an appointment and even though I had one, still waited an hr in the office. Saw the Dr for maybe 3 minutes? I was very polite despite my frustration. He said maybe 4 words to me and just used google to determine my issue. He would not answer the questions I asked about the issue and instead brushed me off to see a 'nurse' to discuss over priced skin care they wanted to sell me. I visited this clinic for a consultation regarding a few minor skin concerns. While the staff was courteous, I did not feel that my specific concerns were fully addressed. The focus of the appointment seemed to shift quickly toward higher-cost treatments and product recommendations rather than starting with more conservative or targeted options. Dismissive, abrupt with zero empathy. Interrupted when I asked a question, to tell me to leave. Dont waste your time
I went to the clinic for a follow up regarding my rashes. Dr Siddha didn’t even examine my newly developed rashes. Just told me to continue the creams that I had. When I asked him if a new growth on my nose was a rash or something else, he replied positively without even looking at it. He didn’t seem interested to help me further. It was a waste of my time.
