Dismissive, abrupt with zero empathy. Interrupted when I asked a question, to tell me to leave. Dont waste your time
I went to the clinic for a follow up regarding my rashes. Dr Siddha didn’t even examine my newly developed rashes. Just told me to continue the creams that I had. When I asked him if a new growth on my nose was a rash or something else, he replied positively without even looking at it. He didn’t seem interested to help me further. It was a waste of my time.
Very disappointed that the receptionist pushed a cream on my son that cost $85 for a small tube, not covered by any insurance. He told her he is a student. He certainly learned a lesson and will not be back.
I only waited 10 minutes for my appointment, so Dr. Siddha is more punctual than most! The reception staff were very helpful. Since it was my first appointment, I did a preliminary chat with one of the nurses, who asked me what my skin concerns were and what I was hoping to get help with. After that Dr. Siddha came in to look at my acne. I have now seen Dr. Siddah on two separate occasions, both involving suspected basal cell carcinoma. I found Dr. Siddah to be very thorough and pleasant to deal with. My issues were fully and successfully treated in office both times, with follow up appointments made to ensure progress. I had read some of the reviews before going and have to say that was not my experience at all.
