We made an appointment for a bump on top the head and the service was top notch the surgeon took care of it with a short wait she is amazing.
After 4 months waiting for an appointment, and waiting around 40 minutes for the visit, it took only one minute the doctors visit .I was not examined, and I wasn’t given an opportunity to ask any questions. Instead, I was immediately referred to the cosmetic care department.
My experience with Clear Skin Dermatology was extremely disappointing. The entire process felt more focused on maximizing revenue than providing patient-centered care. The medications and injections recommended were shockingly expensive—far beyond what I would consider reasonable, and significantly higher than typical insurance reimbursement rates. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst dermatologist, unprofessional, doesn't care, doesn't listen. Literally walked out of the room while I was asking questions. Prescription didn't work, actually made it worse. When I asked for a new medication/solution or follow up appointment they said they're too busy after misprescribing me a medication.
