I came in and didn’t have appointment so they sat me in the corner. I waited for over 45 minutes without anyone speaking to me or acknowledging me sitting there. I watched at least 5 employees walk to the back to never return. Don’t waste your time or money because they cut corners and ruin your nails and apparently don’t want your business anyway.

I went to this salon with my friend to get our nails done together the day before graduation. I got a gel manicure on Thursday and not even a week later, the following Tuesday, my nails have already started chipping. My friend also made a a French tip manicure appointment but the counter clerk argued with her saying that she just had a regular manicure when she had a confirmation in her email stating that she had a confirmed French tip manicure appointment. 1/10 experience.
