I am writing to request a refund for the $222.99 I paid for my Adult Initial Appointment under a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan. When I booked the appointment with your receptionist, I was not informed that there would be an out-of-pocket fee. Had I been advised of this charge in advance, I would have been able to make an informed decision before proceeding with the appointment. This lack of disclosure was misleading. I’m glad I found this psychologist whom speaks my language and goes to extra length to assist me with my concerns. Amy has been wonderful, her caring attitude and support is second to none. I highly recommend her as she also bulk bills and is a sponsor for WDO.
