Called and made a first time cleaning appointment yesterday for my 13 year old son who has Medical Assistance insurance. The appointment was for 10am today. My husband drove our son down there and the rude receptionist stated the appointment was for 2pm. My husband called me to say that and I stated nope I was told 10am.
