Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience. I felt that unnecessary work was being recommended, and I was concerned about the approach to for both adults and children. I also found the doctor to be very rude and dismissive when I asked questions. As a patient, I believe you should be able to ask questions about your treatment and receive clear, respectful answers. Horrible, absolutely HORRIBLE dental clinic! My boyfriend and I went here for the first time initially on July 22nd because we both were dealing with teeth pain. I was told I need to get mine pulled by an oral surgeon which makes sense but in my boyfriend's case the dentist told him they could pull the tooth/teeth at their clinic. Upon trying to get it pulled the first time "your blood pressure is too high, we refuse to/can't pull it, go see your GP." Great staff, great environment, great service! However, today when I went in with my children, I overheard from one of your hygienists, Quinn, talking incredibly disrespectfully and poorly about another coworker. As a business owner myself, it breaks my heart to hear that kind of unprofessionalism, and as a mother I do not want my kids to be around that kind of negative environment. The office is clean and employees look profession. I got help some park, but what my main concern need to refferent to different place.
