The dentist there that is a woman she is very smart and she’s not even a bad dentist. However, there is very much a lack of compassion. She’s not really the nicest and because of that I won’t be going to get anything else done and it sucks because they are really close to me distance wise. It’s just really hard to trust someone when you already have anxiety from past bad experiences with other dentist. Staff is so nice and communicate misunderstandings well. Setting appointments are easy as well.
This place is okay. Disappointed I couldn’t get my autistic son to be seen here as well. The doctor tried to examine his teeth but could not because he would not sit still. I had to find a whole different clinic for him because he had special needs even though they say they can service out to special needs.
My mother drove 1 hour and 20 minutes for a 9:00 AM appointment. The office also opens at 9:00 AM, and she arrived at 9:02 AM. When she checked in, she was asked to have a seat in the waiting area. While waiting, she mentioned she would quickly use the restroom and the receptionist said that was fine. When she returned just a couple of minutes later, she was told that I she could no longer be seen because she arrived late.
