NEGLIGENCE is not enough to describe this place! My husband needed a spinal tap test for his diagnosis. A day after the procedure we went to the ER and my hubby had complications that required a blood patch that the doctor refused to do, as quoted: "I Don't feel comfortable doing it." We had to stay for a week till they found a pain management Doctor that will do and an empty room. And guess what now, they LOST the sample and had the audacity to send the statement bill that I'm not paying a dime before I have the results.

I was very disappointed going to this hospital the staff barley seem to notice you they put me in a visibly dirty room the floors was filthy trash and towles in the hallways the service was crappy and over just tacky unprofessional place dont plan on returning

I brought my wife here at 9:30. She was 8 weeks pregnant and started bleeding a lot. It is now 12:06 and still no answers. They did an ultrasound and took blood. My wife is so exhausted and bleeding still. I feel like they should tell us if she had a miscarriage and not make us wait hours for the news.

I was admitted to the Heart Tower for chest surgery. I found that the quality, level of care to be top notch. It was such a pleasure to be taken care of by such knowledgeable and caring nurses and staff.

October 2018, I was admitted to Clear Lake Regional Hospital Heart Tower with multiple issues & doctors. Care was almost non existent & sub-level professional. A nightmare I would never wish on anyone! Recently I had to take my 17 yr old pregnant daughter to CLRH ER, twice in one week. We were told her OB-GYN would not return their calls(we found out to be untrue). They gave us false address & phone numbers for urologists to contact for follow up. Wanted to give more stars I hate complaining but when u speak up for obvious reasons and they ask why? Do extensive testing but skip the important basics like keeping track of blood sugar, baths ( at least give me some wipes or something) I was having great difficulty trying to even go to the restroom. Or the current meds u take with food. Giving unnecessary medication that damage to my pre existing condition. I had several people speak up and were witness. Garbage! Plain and simple ! I had a stroke and went in with a small amount of time left to receive the clot buster drug. I was throwing up blood and had been doing so for some time. The ER doctor looked in my eyes and claimed I had Jaundice.... So they just let me throw up blood for the next 2 days.... It wasnt until the GI doctor told them that nothing was wrong that they looked for a stroke. I lost 3/8 of my right cerebellum. Thank you crappy er doctor. My husband was treated very poorly and discharged from the Hospital with Stage 2 and 4 bedsores. The nursing staff failed to keep my husband clean and dry. The Case Management are very unprofessional and rude, and communication was very poor.

Nurses were good (although several times he was the only patient and he still wasn’t taken care of efficiently). Surgeon was good. My dad had a quadruple bypass at this hospital. The problem is that there were several doctors coming in and out telling him conflicting things. One came in one minute and said he was doing above average and then another would come in an hour later and say he was doing poor when nothing had changed.
