RecommendedDr. Palmer and her nurse, Cassie are two of the best! Cassie always meets us with a smile and is so friendly! Dr. Palmer spends time with us explaining everything! She is by far my favorite pediatrician.

I read every bad review of this dump and its true. I have received better service at a free clinic! No offense to the free clinic. Who ever manages this place needs to fire the front desk staff and who answers the phones. I have never met such rude and ignorant people. It is bad when your kids are sick and you have put up with people that are too lazy to work. My kid saw Dr. Pocsik and is now scared of doctors. We love the doctors here! All are very knowledgeable and take time to talk with parents.
I wish I could give this clinic zero stars. The front office staff are rude. Dr. Pocsik and Dr. Shuman are rude and arrogant imbeciles. The office is very slow and the clinic is unorganized, dusty and dirty. This clinic needs to seriously spend some money on new office furniture, wall decorations and paint. Dr. Shuman is very rude and tends to interrupt you while you are talking. Dr. Pocsik looks like she comes to work without ironing her clothes and combing her hair. She looks very unclean and dirty. We love Dr. Palmer. She takes the time and cares for the children.
We love that we've had our children with CLPC for over 13 years now and are never disappointed in the care they receive. While I respect each and every Dr. at this practice I have to say our pediatrician Stephanie Pocsik is one of a kind! She goes above and beyond to make sure your child feels comfortable, confident and is taken care of! I could go on and on about how great she is ,but let's just say the world needs more people like her! If she's booked I have no problem seeing one of her colleagues. They all truly care!
The doctors here are great but that front desk staff is something else... I had back and forth phone calls with Dr. Pocsik's nurse from around 230pm to 530pm about my daughter who had her 6 months shots the day prior and was running a fever and not doing to well. We finally just decided it was best she comes in to make sure she was ok. I'm already stressed and freaking out a little bit due to the situation and I didn't need anyone or anything else to make it worse..
