I have switched eye drs. and now I'm going to Eyemart optical outlet. The Dr. is still not back and I was due today for a eye Dr appointment so I switched eye drs. and the 1st time I went to this eye Dr. they said my new eye glasses were not working and wanted me to pay for new ones with cash out of my pocket and I never had the right amount of money ever on me.
Would recommend! Great selection and conversation!
We had gone here for about 4 years. We called after our last exam and said the prescription wasn't right, they wouldn't redo the exam. We were also sick of the staff fighting in front of our kids. We went to our new Dr. and what do you know...the right eye wasn't even close, it was the exact opposite of what it should have been. Also, my records showed I had bifocals...which I do not. Along with some other issues...I would not recommend this clinic. Also, no selection of frames, the gal pics only what she likes.
I brought my nearly 3 year old in over the weekend after having a few concerns with her eyes. Any medical exam on a three year old is a challenge, and dealing with an eye exam is certainly not easy. The staff was wonderful, patient, and helpful. They took their time with my daughter, and were courteous and kind.
Great customer service and there very knowledgeable about every thing they do...
