Never go here – This is the place that gives car dealerships a bad name. We called about a car on the internet and were told it was there. An hour later we get to the dealership and it had just been sold. Unfortunately, my daughter found another car she fell in love with. Horrible Place to Buy ANY Car. – As other reviewers have said, I called the dealership in regards to a couple of cars I saw online and was told by the Internet Manager that they were both there. When I arrived, they were no where to be seen and they said they must have been sold. Big Disappointment – I was contacted several times by a internet salesperson and eventually responded to her email and said we had given up interest for a while after some of the horrible treatment and ridiculous trade offers we'd received at other dealerships. She was really nice and requested that we give her 10 minutes of our time to appraise our trade and said they have a buy-back program in which they guarantee 120% of NADA value for your trade. Scam Dealership. Unethical practices. Beware. – Scam Dealership. They advertise low priced vehicles to get you into their store and then those vehicles conveniently end up being "just sold" just before you get there. Then the salespeople try to get you to buy one of their other overpriced vehicles. If you ever have a similar experience of "Bait and Switch" with ClearLake Nissan, file a complaint with Nissan headquarters or Texas Attorney General's office.

customer service – said they would fix the car and never did, it was a pre-owned and had a couple things wrong with it but they did say they would fix it. We took it in and they fixed half of the stuff and by the second time we took it in (3 days later) they said they never were going to fix it. They also sold us a car that doesnt pass inspection, we have only had it 34 days.
