Exceptional – The salesperson was exceptional.
Clear love i love them – I leased my first Nissan at Sterling McCall. At that time, I was not aware of Clear Lake Nissan and I am not even sure if it was there. I leased my 2nd Nissan at Clear Lake and Purchased my Armada and talked my husband into buying a Titan. His first response was I can't drive a Nissan-Im a Ford man. Well, not anymore. Like me I absolutely love Nissan and now my husband is a fan too
Helpful! – Svc advisors dealt w/on each svc visit have been excellent - especially Doug & Armando. Doug's always very courteous, helpfully & respectful over time I've had him as svc advisor. Armando extremely helpful when I called to ask questions about tires when tire company told me I needed shocks & Armando took time to explain to me (being a woman) what shocks are for & reason I didn't need at this time
YOu should get more employees like Doug. He is exceptional
I purchased Xterra at CL Nissan for same reason I returned for service, polite, honest folks over there. I have purchased and serviced vehicles from other dealerships in past, there has been no other that make me feel as comfortable as CL Nissan. I will definitely return for both future purchases and service. Mike Rozzell in service was excellent. Honesty and professionalism go a long way
Doug and Clinton did an excellent job. Doug and Clinton have been very helpful with everything that I've had to do with the 370 and I only trust Doug and Clinton with my car there.
Answers all my questions clearly no games – Armando Medina is the best. Armando always greets me by name as I walk in the door, even when he's not expecting to see me. He answers my questions clearly, concisely, and honestly. I feel VERY comfortable asking him such an open question as "what service does my car need", and I know he won't name a bunch of things I don't really need just to run the bill up.
Customer service is great – THeir customer service and friendliness is WORLDS above the Houston dealership where I purchased my car last year. Glad they are in my own neck of the Houston woods, so to speak!
Courteous – He just got us in on time, and they were courteous. Took our information. This is our first time to use somebody down here because we bought it in Lubbock.
