Arrived before time requested and waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged while several others were waited on and brought back. Office staff sucks.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this office. This was my first visit and am very glad I chose them. Jada the dental assistant was very sweet and quick with X-rays and rooming. Sochi (hope I spelled correctly) was so gentle yet thorough with my cleaning. Jordan at front desk was very friendly with check in and explained my benefits and financial obligations very clearly. Emergency case here. Had a tooth abscess and needed an emergency root canal. Dr Dennis was so gentle and made sure I didn’t feel anything. I also had to follow up with Dr Nguyen for the crown placement and filling. Dr. Nguyen made my day. His kindness and patience with this anxiety filled patient made me feel so at ease and restored my faith in dentists again! Thank you both for you wonderful bedside manners. I have finally found my dentist!

Today was dental work Monday! I had 3 root canals and 3 👑. Honestly, I cannot say enough GREAT things about the doctors and staff at Clear Lake Modern Dentistry. I felt zero pain or discomfort. Dr. Dennis is a rockstar at root canals and Dr. Nguyen made the crown prep experience easy and comfortable. Dental work is a waiting process, seeing how the teeth will respond after a traumatic event, but I’m thankful for the gentle care I have received at CLMD.
Both of my children got braces here. when we did my sons they never put the payment from insurance on our accout so we ended up overpaying. When we went to pay for my daughters my wife found the issue and we showed them. They then said we paid so much that we didnt owe anything for my daughters braces and they still owed us $318.14. They said we would receive the check in 5 to 7 days it had been over a month and haven't received anything. When we call they just say its processing. Thank God for Dr. Henehan and the staff at CLMD. I had a major tooth ache and they saw me that same day, he even gave me the option to to the procedure to pull my tooth right then and there. I declined because of my fear of needles, but gave me the option to do an iv at another date. A week later I decided to just do an in house extraction with him instead of the iv. I’m so glad I did.
