The salesman was patient and we drove 3 cars. I said I would think about it. He didn't pressure me. I came back the next day and purchased a car. We negotiated a fair price and I was satisfied.
Contacted them and they responded immediately. I scheduled an appt. for a test drive. Vehicle turned out to be a dud. But, they were patient and courteous, but they weren't very flexible in helping me out with my situation. Not their fault, but I purchased a new vehicle elsewhere.
Although we ended up not buying from this dealer - they were very nice. The salesperson talked to my daughter who was the buyer even though she was young. Salesperson was knowledgeable about vehicle options too.
Dealer quickly responded to my question. No problems with the service, just decided to look at another car.
