I have been extremely pleased with the wonderful customer service I have received from DeMontrond Mazda. I am fairly leery of going anywhere right now due to COVID so I really wanted to purchase a CX-9 without having to be at the dealership. This vehicle was told and on pictures looked immaculate. False this vehicle was torn up really bad in side staining, chew marks, scratch marks not a vehicle that I thought I would find on the lot.

My wife and I purchased a new MX-5 here. To be honest we had a few issues during the process including some personal duress at home. Kenny and his management went out of the way to resolve the issues and make us very happy customers of Demontrond and huge fans of Kenny and his integrity. This is definitely the only place to purchase your Mazda new or used. I am in sales (High computer systems) and I can without a doubt that Kenny is a first class individual.
