We are very fair and honest people unfortunantly we are in the middle of you and your insurance company. respectable body shop in area. – had my 2000 honda repair at clear lake body shop .they did a great job on a timely matter the job came out great. they keep me advise on how my repairs were going. they were very nice and the lady that answer the phone was helpful and polite.
Awful Service/Repair – I went into Clear Lake Body Shop because the owner WAS a friend of the family. His service manager is rude and unhelpful. 1st the car was in there for 3 weeks AFTER date given by the insurance company. When the car was released to me the compound was left on the door jams, my insurance company paid for them to align the car and also to "clean" the wheels. I recommend them – We took our car there right after we got into an accident. It did take a while for them to actually repair it . They did an awesome job though! It looks as if nothing ever happened! The staff was very nice and they got it done as soon as they could. I did have to go back because the windshield wiper wasnt working and it messed up agagin this morning so Im going to have to go back. All in all they are a good bodyshop!
Neatiest Body Shop Around! – I had to use Clear Lake Body Shop not once but now twice I really love how the office is a historic building. All of the office staff is very courtious. The owner Charlie and the Manager Melissa were so helpful in anyway they could be. Me as a woman don't quite understand all the body shop terms and slang, they helped go over all the repairs that were complete to help me fully understand what exactly was done to my vehicle. I highly recommend using clear lake body shop!!!!
Could be a great body shop if Melissa wasn't there – I would not recommend this body shop to anybody only because of Melissa. She talks to everyone as if they are stupid. Everyone else that i have dealt with is reasonable but she is costing Clear Lake Body Shop business. This is my 2nd time my car has been to this body shop and it will be the last as long as Melissa is working there.
Horrible customer service – I brought my car in because i ran into a deer and the front bumper and driver's side were messed up. I have spoken with Melissa on three occasions and each time she talked to me like I was 12. She was very patronizing and rude. If I had a question about something, she acted like she did not know why I was asking the question. BEST Car Auto Body Repair – My husband and I have had to become "regulars" at Clear Lake Body Shop. It first started with my husband's 2006 Honda Accord. We were sitting in NEW Accord waiting to make a turn on a road when all of a sudden a large Harley Bike slid sideways into our driver's side door.
