Dr. Cole was amazing with my daughter. He did her lip and tongue tie revisions at 8 months. He walked me through the process and he and the staff were so helpful, friendly and compassionate. When I went back for the follow up, my 3 year old was with me and Dr. Cole was equally attentive and wonderful with him.
My 3.5 month old daughter went and had her tongue and lip tie revision done at this office by Dr. Cole, his staff is friendly and welcoming and he kept my fiance and I calm when we were nervous about the procedure. He explained everything that he was doing before he did it, and called that evening to check on her. Would definitely recommend.

The length this office goes to provide patients with informed consent is beyond anything I have encountered. I appreciated the check-in phone call from Dr Cole, the consult with the ICBLC, and the amount of detail in exercise description.
Dr. Cole and all of his staff care deeply for the welfare of their patients. He has called me every time I had a serious procedure (I've had many!). He is patient and understanding, willing to let me get comfortable with everything going on. I go every 3 months for a cleaning and Terri is my hygienists - the BEST ever. We've always had the best care from Dr. Cole and his staff. They don't overbook or hurry through procedures either. We enjoy our wonderful "selfie smiles" because of them!
