I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! Even calling to book our appointment on the phone was a fantastic experience, and I was so relieved to get seen without a months-long wait. I have been wearing glasses / contacts for 36 years and going here was the best experience I have ever had over that entire period. Very nice place and well decorated. First time here and the process was a breeze. My insurance was taken as well, so I payed nothing out of pocket. The optometrist was kind and took the time to explain everything very well. It didn’t feel as if they were in a rush to do the exam and get me out the door. There were no wait times between the exam and getting the glasses. 100% would come back again for a new prescription.
This was my first time here and I got to say it was a 10/10 experience! I was struggling for months to find a place that accepted my insurance. I called Clear Focus Eye Care and they were able to book me an appointment the next morning and accepted my insurance. Dr.Strain was very nice and took her time to explain everything to me.
