Leasing office agent is unprofessional and rude .
I had no issues till new management took over. I can not even rate them with a "ONE" star now! Management here is very unprofessional. I've called plenty times to request maintenance at my apartment and have yet to see anyone come out. Today I tried reaching out to management for support and all I received was a "Well, this is the first time I hear about it." and "There's nothing we can do about it unless you want maintenance to stop working on water lines and shower with cold water!"
