Had this lawn service for only several months. Immediately after the yard guy made a call to the owner to ask a question I had, the owner called me on the phone and told me they could not do what I asked; I said, "Ok, just go ahead and have him do the normal then". He told me he already sent the guy away and they would not be servicing me again as they could not meet my needs.
